Three Days of Exciting Activities
500+ exhibitors from across the industry gathered to showcase ways businesses can accelerate their growth.
Allstate Training Sessions Featuring Stephanie Richards
Manufacturing engineers and industry professionals created training talks and seminars to help towers understand the significant problems they face today. From everyday issues to specific situations, they provided insights and resources to help Towers grow their business in today’s climate.
Windshield Wisdom: This new open forum concept allows business owners to voice their concerns and gain knowledge from experts. This gave towers an opportunity to ask professional questions to help them grow their business in an informal Q&A setting.
EV Solutions: From Ford to Tesla, towers were given the proper training required to handle EV vehicles. Experts were able to break down the basics from a simple vehicle breakdown to proper accident care. Plus, how to handle situations where electrical malfunctions can cause fires to occur.
GM Vehicle Updates: Changes of towing procedures with regards to safety, “Roadside Wrongside” procedures, identifying high voltage components, what to do in the case of fires and continued education for GM manufactured vehicles were highlighted. Towers were educated on the proper tools required to tow GM vehicles in the easiest and safest manner.
Pro Luxury Talks: Experts shared their opinions on best practices when dealing with high-priced, luxury vehicles. For instance, use dollies if you are not moving by flatbed for luxury vehicles to eliminate damage exposure.
