If you're a current Beacon Funding customer, follow the steps below to update your account info. Questions? Start a live chat.

Contact Email: Log in to your customer portal, navigate to the Profile section, and update your contact email address in both the Login and Contact Info sections.

Billing Email: Within your customer portal, navigate to the Profile section and click on the Request Billing Info Change button in the Billing Info section. Your request will be reviewed by your Account Manager before it is updated.

Access your customer portal now to ensure your information is up to date!

UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Navigate to the Profile section.
  3. Scroll to the Billing Info section.
  4. Click on the Request Billing Info Change button.
  5. Submit your request—your Account Manager will review and update the details accordingly.

UPDATE BILLING ADDRESS

You can apply for equipment leasing and financing online by filling out a business credit application. Current customers can speed up the process by applying through the Customer Portal.

  1. Log in and click the apply button.
  2. Tell us about the equipment you need.
  3. Your portal will prefill your business information.
  4. Click submit and we’ll review your application.

Visit our Customer Portal Login page and enter your credentials. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up here.

Log in to your customer portal, select the Payments section, and follow the instructions for making a late payment. Or call (917) 947-7825 to make a payment over the phone.

Manage your financing details, update your contact information, and make payments securely through our Customer Portal.
