Contract Signing Authority

Contracts and other legal documents can only be signed by a Director or Officer specifically authorized by Corporate Resolution to approve such documents on behalf of the Corporation. All contracts must be reviewed and signed at the corporate headquarters. Under no circumstances can signing authority be delegated to an unauthorized person. Any contract signed by an unauthorized person will be considered null and void.
