Know and understand the reason behind the Company's policies and procedures |

Develop an understanding of the lease accounting process and the technology tools utilized to manage the lease portfolio |

Stay abrest of current sales and property tax legislation, keep Company procedure manuals up to date, and keep Management informed of key changes |

Work with Management on sales and property tax issues |

•
|
Be responsible for preparation and review sales and personal property tax returns |

•
|
Supervise various sales and property tax operations to ensure compliance with all state and local tax laws |

•
|
Train and supervise subordinates |

•
|
Demonstrate good problem solving, strong analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills |
