Upon completion of this online form, you will be provided confirmation that your application has been completed. Your information will be quickly and securely routed to the appropriate Beacon Funding Lease Consultant who will typically contact you within 24-48 hours with their approval or initial questions.

Email/Fax - 847.291.3414: If you would prefer, Beacon can email/fax you a PDF version of our Business Lease Application. Upon completion, you can fax or email the application back to your Beacon Lease Consultant.

Phone - 800.866.6396: For those situations where a fax or email is not available, simply pick up the phone and contact us. We can take your application over the phone and then deliver it to you for your signature.
